No more matey type behaviour, Virgin is on a mission to take on Qantas. All cabin crew must now attend grooming, etiquette and body language classes that are intended as part of their plan to go away from their “sexualised” image to one that is purely professional. I predict Virgin’s new look will attract more business from Qantas long term, at a time that Qantas is facing numerous challenges. Australians can’t wait for more competitive airline brands with the service to match and Virgin has proved to be a great contender, that can only be a positive for the Aussie market.
