What is clear in this who exercise is that their marketing efforts are having a direct correlation to their revenues and that is an exciting prospect in a climate of ever increasing negativity. I bet the bean counters cannot explain this?

The evidence clearly illustrates that you can have alternate success strategies to the no-brainer attitude that says let’s cut costs.
