I have linked an article from a few days ago by one of my favourite business leaders Richard Branson, founder of Virgin, commenting about the entrepreneurial genius and past CEO of Apple Steve Jobs who passed away last week.

He mentions what type of leader Jobs was and how he walked the talk by creating products that transformed our lives.

That reminded me of a past interview I saw with Jobs on how he ran Apple and what made it succesful. He specified that it was with a non-complicated clear top leadership working in tandem with teams across all levels – he mentioned that there were ZERO committees at Apple, just great people putting great ideas in to action. An important reminder of what it takes to build extraordinary organisations that contribute so much to society without all the waffling so commonly found today in many organisations and their so-called leaders.

Enjoy the articles.
