The new look by Virgin Australia represents an upmarket quality in their new wardrobe that will give Qantas a real run in the image competition stakes. The past casual khaki beige range is now being discarded as part of a direct attack on the business market that has been mostly controlled by Qantas. I think it’s great for an Australian company to present its brand image in a manner that makes Australians feel proud to look worldly. Other organisations should take note.
