At last a coup for Tourism Australia that promises to deliver in spades the types of goodwill attempted by past ill-fated and pathetically expensive advertising campaigns.

This is a great initiative to bring Oprah Winfrey to our shores to promote brand Australia utilising the power of public relations with a mega level Hollywood celebrity that has worldwide appeal.

Australia will  hopefully be back on the tourist map especially in the USA,what remains to be seen is how Tourism Australia will leverage this opportunity after Oprah and her three hundred excited guests depart our shores and return to their homes.
